1 How long will my order take?
Invitations take 7-14 days. Wedding stationary takes 14-28 days depending on the size of the order. Once work has started on your invitations you will be sent another email stating a delivery date. Remember if you are running really short of time we also offer an express service. Please contact us for details.
2 How will my order be delivered?
All orders are beautifully and securely wrapped then sent out using Royal Mail next day delivery service. This will need to be signed for so if you need it to be sent to a work address make sure you let us know when we send you your delivery date email.
3 Can I get a proof of my design?
We are unable to make single proofs of your personalised design as it is very costly to make just one! You can however order a sample with general text to see the quality and colours of our Invitations.
4 Are envelopes included in the price?
If the design states it comes with an envelope a standard high quality white envelope will be supplied free of charge.
5 What happends if I run outof Invitations?
We always suggest that you buy more than you need to avoid this happening. For Weddings we suggest that you buy 10% extra. Not only are they great for keepsakes but very handy if you have some spaces and need to send out a second round of Invitations. If you do run out give us a call or drop us an email and we will help you out.
6 When should I send out my Wedding Invitations?
Traditionally Wedding Invitations should be sent out a minimum of 8 weeks before the big day. We strongly suggest that you send out save the dates cards A.S.A.P. especially if you are having a summer wedding or one in traditional holiday periods. This will give you the best chance of having everyone you love at your celebration.
7 Do you have a brochure?
We do not have brochures as designs and products can change quickly. Our website gives clear images and samples are available to buy.
8 Do you deliver abroad?
Yes just contact us and we will quote you for postage.
9 Cancellations/Errors and typing mistakes ...what do I do?
Please read our terms and conditions page on line. We are here to help so don’t panic and give us a call we will help you sort it out.
10 Do I have to order all my Wedding Stationary at the same time?
No. It is ok to order this in stages. Just remember to order in plenty of time if it is peak Wedding season.
